Abercorn CM have been commissioned to complete the redesign and refurbishment of existing commercial unit and 2no apartments.  The project works involves the demolition of internal elements of a commercial unit; repair and the reconstruction/reconfiguration of two, 2-bedroom apartments.

The works involved the complete strip out of all existing mechanical & electrical services and replace with new.  Installation of new kitchens, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting and decorating. New building insulation to meet maximum building control requirements.
